A made-to-order piece is usually available for collection or delivery in 4 to 5 weeks.

Craftsmanship & Warranty
All pieces are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty. In the rare case that any breakage occurs due to a manufacturing fault within the first 12 months of purchase, we will happily repair the item free of charge. As all of our pieces are individual, should we not be able to repair the item for you, we will offer a boutique credit or a gift card to the full amount paid.
Our guarantee does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or failure to reasonably protect, maintain, or care for your jewellery.
Delivery
Shipping is complimentary to anywhere in the world. For international orders (outside of Australia), additional taxes, customs or import duties may apply, for which the customer is liable.
Collection can also be arranged by appointment in Crows Nest, Sydney.
