Natalie Barney Jewellery offers free shipping within Australia using the Australia Post Platinum Express Post Service. This service is covered by our insurance, includes tracking and requires an adult’s signature upon delivery.
For ‘ready to ship’ orders, please allow 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas and 2-5 business days for regional areas.
For custom or made-to-order pieces, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
International orders (outside of Australia)
Natalie Barney Jewellery offers free international shipping using DHL. This service is covered by our insurance, includes a tracking number and requires a signature on delivery.
Delivery timeframes vary for each country but are usually within 2-10 business days of placing an order of a ‘ready to ship’ item.
For custom or made-to-order pieces, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Insurance
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Please notify us at [email protected] if upon inspection of the product, you discover that it has been damaged in transit. Responsibility for the item will transfer to you upon signature of the parcel.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders within Australia, all prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
International orders (outside of Australia) are exempt from Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). However, some international orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs or duties which are not calculated (or charged) during the checkout process. The customer or recipient will be liable to pay these additional costs to local custom authorities. To estimate any additional taxes, customs or duties charges, please refer to your local customs website or you can use an online calculator.
