Ready-to-wear jewellery
‘Ready-to-wear’ (or ‘in stock’) items purchased from Natalie Barney may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return delivery is free. A return slip with instructions will be provided with your order.
If you have requested an exchange of an item of greater value, you will be liable to pay the difference in price. If you have requested an exchange of an item of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference in price.
All items must be returned in original, unworn condition and include the original sales invoice and packaging. Any products showing signs of use and wear and tear will not be accepted.
Please note that you will not be able to send back for a refund or exchange a stock piece which has been customised in any way before being sent to you, including ring resizing.
Made-to-order and bespoke jewellery
‘Made-to-order’ and bespoke jewellery are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
