These Terms of Sale relate to the use of www.nataliebarney.com (“the website”) and the purchase of any goods from it. This website is owned and operated by Natalie Barney Jewellery Design Pty Ltd (ACN 003 553 393). Should you have any questions, please contact Natalie Barney on +61 2 9953 8624.

Please note that by using this website you agree to its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (“Terms of Sale”). Natalie Barney reserves the right to amend or update these terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Sale.

Payment

  • All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AU$) inclusive of Australian GST. All orders are payable in Australian Dollars (AU$).
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Afterpay via our E-Way payment facility. Payment by bank transfer may be arranged by contacting us.
  • We reserve the right to request a proof of identity before despatching the product.
  • All products remain the property of Natalie Barney until full payment for your order is received.
  • Once full payment is received, you will own the product.
  • All risk in the products passes on delivery. Pursuant to these terms and conditions, delivery is deemed to take place upon acceptance of the products at the place of delivery, as evidenced by your signature, or the signature of another adult, signing for the products.
  • We retain the right to delay and/or cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Customs & taxes

  • All prices quoted are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). For international orders, the GST will be deducted from the final purchase price.
  • You will be liable for any local taxes, customs or duties as applicable in the country of import.
  • We do not accept responsibility for any delay incurred during customs inspection.

Shipping within Australia

  • Natalie Barney offers free shipping within Australia using Australia Post Express Post Service.
  • An adult’s signature will be required upon delivery.
  • Please allow for 1-3 business working days for Australian metropolitan areas and 2-5 business working days for Australian regional areas.
  • This service is covered by our insurance and includes standard tracking service. A tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email.
  • Orders cannot be processed on weekends or public holidays. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays.
  • Due to the uniqueness of Natalie Barney’s pieces, if an item is not available for purchase, we will contact you with a possible production and delivery timeframe.

International shipping (countries outside Australia)

  • Natalie Barney uses a reliable courier service for its international purchases which are subject to a shipping charge.
  • Upon confirmation of an order, we will contact you with an indicative delivery timeframe ( usually 2-10 business working days depending on your location) and a shipping charge.
  • An adult’s signature will be required upon delivery.
  • This service is covered by our insurance and includes standard tracking service. When confirming delivery timeframe and costs, we will email you your tracking number.

Insurance

  • All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit.
  • Please notify us at info@nataliebarney.com if upon inspection of the product, you discover that it has been damaged in transit.
  • Responsibility for the item will transfer to you upon signature of the parcel.

Return policy

  • Products purchased from Natalie Barney may be exchanged or returned for a credit (to be spent in our studio or online) within 30 days of delivery.
  • If the new purchase is greater in value than the exchanged product, you will be charged the difference.
  • Credit will be valid for six months from the date of return.
  • All returns and exchanges must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales invoice and packaging.
  • Any product showing signs of use and wear and tear will not be accepted.
